“Stara Sofia” is a small family beer brand created with respect for tradition, quality ingredients and authentic taste.

We believe good beer should not be rushed. That is why we work with care at every step — from the recipe and fermentation to the experience in the glass.

Today we offer three unfiltered and unpasteurised beers — Lager, Pale Ale and Amber Ale — each with its own character and balance.

Our goal is simple: to offer a local Bulgarian product that feels different from mass industrial beer — with authentic taste, its own character and the feeling of real beer.
