We’re a small family team dedicated to bringing the true taste of Bulgarian beer back into people’s glasses.

Our story began with a simple yet strong idea: good beer shouldn’t be rushed. We believe in classic fermentation and those 35 days of lagering that turn every bottle into an experience.

“Stara Sofia” is a premium lager made from 100% pale barley malt and selected hops — balanced bitterness and delicate foam.
